Elevated Operations Group LLC is an Ohio limited liability company providing virtual assistant staffing, AI integration, operational consulting, digital courses, and one-on-one coaching to home care agencies and service-based businesses.
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to transmit harmful code. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.
Our courses are delivered as self-paced video modules with accompanying worksheets. Access to video content is granted for 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, streaming access ends. Downloadable worksheets and templates remain yours to keep. Access is licensed to a single purchaser and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
One-on-one coaching is offered by application and limited to five active clients at any time. Coaching includes one to four private sessions per month depending on the agreed cadence. Specific deliverables, term, and payment schedule are set out in your individual coaching agreement, which governs if it conflicts with these terms.
Virtual assistant staffing is provided under a separate service agreement. That agreement governs scope, rates, confidentiality, and termination, and controls over these terms where the two differ.
All fees are stated at the point of purchase and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. All sales of digital courses are final.
All content on this site and within our courses — video, written material, worksheets, templates, frameworks, and branding — is owned by Elevated Operations Group LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use purchased materials for your own business. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or teach our materials as your own.
Our courses, coaching, and services provide education, frameworks, and support. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, execution, and effort. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, growth, or outcome. Any figures or client results described on this site are examples of what particular clients experienced, not promises of what you will achieve.

Program. Elevated Operations Group LLC operates a text messaging program for people who have submitted a form on www.elevatedoperationsgroup.org and affirmatively checked a consent box. There are two separate, optional consents: one for non-marketing messages (consultation confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, and replies to inquiries you initiated) and one for marketing messages (special offers, new programs, and service updates). Both boxes are unchecked by default, the form submits without them, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency may vary. You can expect roughly 2 to 6 messages per month, depending on which consents you gave and whether you have an active consultation or appointment with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Elevated Operations Group LLC does not charge for the messages themselves; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further text messages from us. You may also reply QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. To rejoin, reply START or submit an opt-in form again.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers. The program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others.
Your mobile data. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Privacy. Our handling of the information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy at www.elevatedoperationsgroup.org/privacy-policy and, in more detail for messaging specifically, at www.elevatedoperationsgroup.org/sms-privacy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevated Operations Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, our products, or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
