Digital courses

Our courses provide immediate and complete access to all video content and downloadable materials the moment your purchase is confirmed. Because the full product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds.

Please review the course description, module list, and access terms carefully before purchasing. Every course page states exactly what is included and how long access lasts. If you are unsure which program fits your situation, request a free consultation or email us before you buy — we would rather help you choose correctly than sell you the wrong thing.

Course access period

Each course includes 90 days of access from the date of purchase. During that period you may stream every video module as many times as you like. Downloadable worksheets and templates are yours to keep permanently. After 90 days, streaming access ends and is not extended or refunded.

One-on-one coaching

Coaching engagements are limited to five active clients at a time. Payments for coaching are non-refundable once the engagement has begun. Specific terms, including session cadence, rescheduling, and cancellation notice, are set out in your individual coaching agreement, which governs if it conflicts with this policy.

Virtual assistant services

Virtual assistant staffing is billed under a separate service agreement. Cancellation and refund terms for staffing are set out in that agreement, not here.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

This policy does not apply to genuine billing errors. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged for something you did not purchase, contact us and we will correct it promptly.
